Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All tutoring sessions and coaching programs are booked online at adornspa.com. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session(s). Multi-week packages can be paid weekly or in full. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms. Session Duration Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and begin promptly. Late arrivals receive the remaining time, with additional time available for a fee. Refunds are offered if no documented improvement is seen after 30 days or four sessions. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur full session charges. Emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case basis. Attendance & Commitment Consistency is crucial. Attend all sessions for the best results. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. We may discontinue services due to repeated no-shows or lack of communication. Preparation & Environment Please come prepared with study materials in a quiet environment. For virtual sessions, ensure your device works properly before starting. Code of Conduct We maintain a respectful learning environment. Disruptive behavior will result in termination of services without refund. All shared information is confidential.
