Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking a session with Adorn Spa & Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services & Purpose
Adorn Spa & Wellness provides therapeutic and ritual-based massage services inspired by Indigenous African healing traditions. Our services are intended to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, or emergency health services.
Client Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian. By booking, you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to receive a massage and that you have disclosed all relevant health information.
Health & Safety Disclosure
Before each session, you agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or communicable conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a session if we determine it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.
3. No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
4. New clients must complete an intake form prior to the first session.
5. Adorn reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or energetic misalignment.
Late Arrival Policy
We honor your time and ours. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to maintain the schedule. Full payment is required for the scheduled time.
Payment & Refunds
1. All sessions must be paid in full when booking or immediately after service.
  Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, CashApp, Chime, Venmo, and Zelle.
2. All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions. In cases of emergency or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
Scope of Practice
Adorn Spa & Wellness practitioners are licensed massage therapists and/or certified wellness practitioners. We do not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or offer psychological counseling. Sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities.
Consent & Touch
All touch is consensual. You have the right to modify or end the session at any time. We also reserve the right to end the session if we observe signs of distress or discomfort, with appropriate follow-up and care.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal and health information is confidential. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.
Use of Products
Adorn uses oils, herbs, stones, and aromatherapy products. While we aim to use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients, you agree to notify us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to use. We are not responsible for adverse reactions not disclosed in advance.
Memberships, Packages & Loyalty
Terms for packages, subscriptions, or loyalty programs will be outlined separately and are subject to change with notice.
Spiritual & Energetic Considerations
Adorn Spa & Wellness incorporates spiritual and energetic elements. You acknowledge that these are offered as supportive rituals and make no claims of guaranteed physical or spiritual outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adorn Spa & Wellness and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
